​Philosophy

I am honored to share my passion for horses and dressage with others. As each of my equine friends continue to teach me, I am grateful that I can pass that knowledge on to others. I believe that by understanding and applying the training pyramid we can create a healthy, willing, athletic partner as long as we are compassionate and patient. Also, I consider myself a foreign language instructor because we can communicate through our body language with our horses. By understanding our own balance issues we can improve our clarity, and communication, thus quickening the response time to our requests. Making our overall goal; a clear conversation with our horse through appropriate use of our aids.
